About Fee Notice

Fee Notice tracks price changes across the CRM tools wedding planners, photographers, and creative-service businesses rely on every day — and publishes the fee math in plain numbers instead of marketing language.

We started this after watching two of the biggest platforms in the space raise prices sharply within a year of each other: HoneyBook by up to 89.5% on its Starter plan in February 2025, and Dubsado by 75% across its plans in December 2025. Most of the "alternatives" content written about that shift reads like it was built to hit an affiliate quota, not to help someone actually decide.

Our approach: publish current pricing as it stands (checked and dated on every article), be upfront about which links pay us a referral fee, and let the numbers make the case instead of the copy.
